Kodiaks are operated worldwide in a full range of multi-mission applications

Proven in the field. Trusted worldwide_onfloat Proven in the field. Trusted worldwide.

Whether supporting law enforcement, intelligence and surveillance missions, medical evacuation, wildfire response, environmental protection, or search-and-rescue operations, the Kodiak 900 Multi-Mission Aircraft is built to perform wherever the mission leads.

At the same time, the Kodiak remains true to its original purpose, providing vital airlift capabilities for supplies, emergency services, and disaster relief operations in some of the world's most remote and challenging regions.

Built for adaptability

Designed to operate from short and unimproved airstrips while providing exceptional low-speed handling, the Kodiak reaches areas and remains on station when the performance of other aircraft reaches its limits.

INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE AND RECONNAISSANCE

Long endurance, low-speed stability and integrated sensor systems make the Kodiak an effective platform for persistence surveillance.

BORDER AND MARITIME SECURITY

Persistent surveillance and the ability to operate from remote locations allow agencies to maximize operational coverage.

LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC SAFETY

The Kodiak performs surveillance, overwatch, search operations and incident response alone or as a force multiplier for helicopter operations.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING

The Kodiak provides a stable, adaptable platform for aerial observation, resource analysis and monitoring of wildlife and natural environments.

Wildfire monitoring and air attack

Thermal sensors, air-to-ground communications and extended endurance provide incident commanders with critical situational awareness as conditions evolve.

AERIAL MAPPING AND SURVEY

The Kodiak’s payload capacity and flexible cabin provide a practical foundation for mapping, imaging and other specialized sensor applications.

SEARCH AND RESCUE

The Kodiak's speed to target and long endurance time make it an idea platform for search and rescue operations.

PARACHUTE OPERATIONS AND TRAINING

The Kodiak’s operational cycle time and spacious cabin support specialized airborne training and parachute operations.

Ready now

The Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900 are members of Daher’s single-engine turboprop aircraft product line, joining the TBM 900-series of very fast and efficient airplanes.

The continual improvement philosophy that Daher has applied in its evolution of the best-selling TBM has been brought forward for the Kodiak product line - ensuring it remains technically up-to-date and competitive.

Kodiak 100 Series III

The Kodiak 100 Series III builds on the cornerstone Kodiak 100s legacy, incorporating augmented operational capabilities from both unimproved strips and on water with floats, along with further upgrades in quality and more comprehensive maintenance coverage.

Daher Aircraft’s introduction of a lighter-weight five-blade composite propeller for the Kodiak 100 improves performance, reduces vibration and lowers the flyover noise.

Kodiak 900

Kodiak 900 is the larger, faster version of the Kodiak 100. Retaining the Kodiak 100’s multi-mission legacy, its new features include a fuselage length extension of 3.9 feet, a cruise speed increase to 210 KTAS, and a greater useful load – all while preserving the Kodiak’s “long legs” with a maximum cruise range of approximately 1,130 nautical miles.

The Kodiak 900’s operating economics also have been improved, with a nine percent reduction in specific fuel consumption - which is equivalent to a double-digit reduction when compared to competing airplanes.
